I’ve been shopping at Super King off and on for a while now, mostly for produce and a few pantry things. I always think I went last week, then realize it might’ve been two or three weeks ago, so my sense of timing with this place is a little blurry.
It can get busy, especially on weekends, or at least that’s when I seem to remember it being the most packed. The aisles feel tight when everyone has a cart, and checkout can take a bit, though the lines usually move faster than I expect.

I’d still give it 4 stars because the crowds are definitely annoying, but not bad enough to keep me from going back. I just try to go early, if I remember, whenever that actually ends up being...

Checkout was really fast and easy!! The pages loaded without any issues, my payment went through on the first try, and I was finished in like a minute... no extra hassle, no annoying steps, no weird delays!!!

I was so happy to find snacks and spices from back home here. They had a nice variety from different places, and it just feels good when a store makes that effort. Little things like this matter, people deserve to have access to the foods they grew up with.

I picked up some produce here, and it was kind of hit or miss. A few things were fine, but some of the veggies felt like they’d been sitting around too long. I regret not looking them over better before buying.

I had a hard time using the site on my phone. It felt clunky. Search took too long. Checkout confused me a couple of times. I got frustrated and ended up ordering from somewhere else.

The staff were friendly enough, I can't say they weren't pleasant. Checkout wasn't exactly no quick stop though, it felt kinda slow...

I picked up some fish and beef here, but I wasn’t impressed. The fish had a really strong smell, and the beef looked like it had been sitting around too long. A friend had mentioned being careful with the meat and seafood, and now I get why. I probably won’t buy those items from here again.

I ordered from superkingmarkets.com and ended up having to reach out to customer service because one of my items was missing. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting, and I had to send a follow-up email before things really moved along.
The person I dealt with was polite and did fix the issue in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just wasn’t very quick or seamless. Maybe other people have had faster help from them, but for me it was just okay and could definitely be improved.

I’ve had a easy time shopping at Super King because the layout just makes sense to me. The produce is right where I expect it to be, and the aisles don’t feel like a maze.

The signs are helpful too, so I’m usually able to find the meat, bakery items, and pantry stuff without wandering around forever. One time I asked someone where something was and they basically said, “you’re close, it’s just down that aisle,” and they were right.
It does get busy here and there, but the setup still keeps things moving for me. Overall it’s simple, quick, and I really don’t have anything to complain about

I placed an order the other day and, for what it was, everything went smoothly. The groceries showed up quicker than I expected, and I didn’t really have any problems with it.

I’ve found some things there are a good deal, but other items are more expensive than I was expecting. I still shop there now and then, I just make sure to compare prices first. It’s not bad, but it’s not always a bargain either, if that makes sense.

The deli food is fresh and really tasty, and I do like stopping there. But the line is almost always a hassle, and the wait just gets annoying after a while. I keep going back because the food is good, but the waiting, waiting, waiting really takes away from it

Not gonna lie, I only stopped in for a quick shop, but the cashier really made it a good experience. She greeted me right away, scanned everything fast, and was totally nice when I asked about a price. Checkout was easy, and I left in a better mood than when I walked in. It’s little stuff like that that makes me want to come back.

Some of the bread tasted fresh and good, but a couple of the pastries were on the dry side, which made me wonder if they were trying to clear out older stuff before putting out a new batch. It wasn’t bad by any means, just kind of hit or miss and a little average for what I was expecting.

I often find good prices on fruits, veggies, and meat, and since the promotions change often, it helps me plan my shopping better. I had a good experience ordering from Super King Markets. Most of the things I wanted were actually in stock, including a couple items I usually have to hunt down at other stores. I kind of expected there to be substitutions or some sneaky reason the popular stuff would be missing, but my order came through fine. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. It’s just nice not having to rewrite your whole grocery list because half the items disappeared.

I do like some of the prices here, but the last time I went in, the store just felt a bit off, kind of hard to describe. The floors were sticky in a few spots, and the carts looked like they could’ve used a good wipe down. It didn’t totally ruin the trip, but it made shopping there less enjoyable. Hopefully they stay on top of the cleaning a little more often.

I used to have better luck finding what I needed here, but lately the grocery selection feels limited. A few brands I usually buy weren’t there, and some of the shelves were basically empty. The prices are still okay, but I left without about half the things on my list. Also, some items looked like they’d been handled carelessly, with boxes dented and stuff just thrown around, which didn’t help the experience.

One thing I really appreciate is how easy the parking is every time. I never have to circle around or stress about finding a spot, which makes the whole visit feel smoother from the start. It’s a small thing, but it really sets the tone
